ever since I had the iPhone and its accompanying RSS reader, I have been a faithful reader of this GRS blog. It basically highlights tips on personal finance, eg eliminate debt, have emergency funds etc etc
to ways to cut down on living expenses.
There was one story on how one reader managed to cut his COMCAST (cable service in US) by half without any kind of service reduction.
so while I am the loser in the iPhone war, my BF brother bought the new 32GB iPhone 3GS only at 8 bucks compared to me… at 700 bucks.
I can take heart that I managed to cut down at least 5 bucks of my monthly subscription plus they are giving me free caller-id again, all it takes was one phone-call.
I will try to call and ask for better deal if they come up with one again.

so I have been practising other things that the blog preach, but thats for another topic cos I am still far away from getting rich, it lets do it slowly
