I catch the movie yesterday and today
anyway precisely, I watch it on Friday at Great World City for GI Joe, an action-packed movie that also demonstrate the power of love to overcome hatred and save the world, a little too far fetched and futuristic
and my favourite movie, UP!
The story of Carl and Ellie Fredrickson is very touching, one that speaks of everlasting love and how love is an adventure in life itself. the simplest things can give u the best memories
and Russel, the potato-like boy in the posters, also said, he only remembers the boring stuff, because those stuff are the most memorable.
so if you are blessed with such unconditional love, please cherish it, overcome the small unimportant details and look at the big adventure.

and I will not divulge the story here as I encourage everyone to watch it, but its very touching and very original plot, even though the floating house concept is still a little far fetched.
but its been so long since i watched such meaningful movie,
well GI Joe is nice too, but not as good as UP I feel
anyway, this weekend has been spent eating outside a lot and now I am kinda broke again, speaking of which I am going to do a post on my favourite blog, some of it is frugality and financial related blogs.
well good nite, its 4 am on sunday now and I think I should have enough posts to last for the week again?

speaking about hope, i just watched the very emo movie, the pursuit of Happyness, yes i din spell wrongly, take a look at the poster
Starring will smith and his real life son. It’s a powerful movie about HOPE and HARD WORK and Happyness obviously.
Makes you rethink your budget, makes you rethink why you (or me at least) always think of how much to give the church, lest someone like father kang embezzle it. Anyway the money given at CSS mass dont go to the church what…its for CSS (NOOOOO i dont know where it goes thats y this cynical comment)
Makes you rethink what the hell are you doing spending $8 not inclusive of drinks and food plus transport at a cinema when you should be mugging for IT1005.
most important of all, GOD Will find a way out for you if you tried hard enough, maybe its not imminent, maybe it seems impossible. BUT there will be a good ending, if we just persevere and trust in the LORD.

On the last note, watch the movie, it’s really good and it feels so real
what do we do after we graduate? what if we can’t find a job, the Great depression returns?

this Film affected me badly for ‘unknown’ reasons. Perhaps its the gory image of military and war and killing and betrayal that keeps me shaken throughout the movie. The ’saw-ed’ image of Kay Amin, the wife of Idi Amin, a notorious Ugandan dictator depicted in the poster was especially disturbing. this movie really awakens me and perhaps the world of what our african brothers and sisters are suffering under the military regime. And these images are not from yesterworld. they are still real even till today.

thats the man himself …really look like Forrest WHittaker.. i Hope he win the oscar, he really has inspired me to do more good for humanity although i dont know how to go about doing it yet.

I am taking this module on Geopolitics this semester, and I am really grateful for all the breadths module i took, they hasnt do anything good to my grades yet, partly because I s/u my SOCI module the last semester and I did OK for mY SS i think. I really like these breadth module…makes me contemplate on whether i SHould do FASS degree instead.
I met SHaron yesterday at Bus-stop..my JC Classmate and guess what course she is taking? Political SCIENCE. well there is still a science word in it but its way too far off what we did in JC aye? really admire her courage.

From now on I will be updating the blog quite often so that i can get used to writing. Uni studies really require u to do alot of writing, be it the 20 pages lab reports or just the normal 5 sentence paragraph that you have no idea what to write on.
so here is an entry of the two movies i watch this week
one is Jackass Number two
this movie is incredibly funny… a movie compilation of the just for laughs u see on the mobiletv in buses. except that the stunts are dangerous and sometimes disgusting, everything in that movie involves some bu** n d**k …watch it only when u like to see people in pain, but it is FUNNY …to see ur friend suffer ..the tricks created by u…or sometimes…u just want to experience the pain yourself.
Second movie : Apocalypto

this movie by Mel Gibson is a cool movie on Fear, Loyalty and Worship
I hate to type in spoilers here, cos i know many other websites has its storyline already. But some parts of it is gory but I admire the lead actor’s perseverance …something which we all can learn from. No matter how hard or impossible the road ahead, with some perseverance we all can get through it .
